INTERNATIONAL LIGHTHOUSE & LIGHTSHIP WEEKEND

The Morecambe Bay Amateur Radio Society (MBARS) participated in this event in August 2024 and 2025.

We had a HF station on 40 and 20m SSB, and a station on the QO-100 satellite, again SSB.

2025 contacts:

On QO-100 satellite we had 46 QSO’s, with 3 lighthouses.

On 40m we had 65 QSO’s, with 8 lighthouses.

In 2024:

on QO-100 satellite, 56 QSO’s, with 6 lighthouses.

on HF we had 50 QSO’s, with 10 lighthouses.
